Williamsburg
Kingsmill - Woods Course
Woodland resort golf
The Woods Course is private and member-only. It belongs in the Williamsburg golf conversation because it is part of Kingsmill, but it should not sit in a normal visiting group's tee sheet. Resort guests should plan around River and Plantation unless the club has specifically confirmed Woods access.

Very disappointing experience. The tub had major wear and tear, and the room was dark, dingy, and very small. Definitely not worth the price that’s for sure. I paid for an overpriced membership back in April 2025 (I thought it was August but regardless my year was not up) because

Our door would not shut. So we could lock it. Had to put your shoulder into the door to lock it. We were their for a banquet. The food was buffet style. The food was warm. It was an open bar. That was the best thing.

My family and I stayed in a waterfront condo with three connected rooms, a full kitchen, and a family room. The waterfront view was very nice, and the amenities themselves were enjoyable, but the overall experience was rough.
One of the bedrooms connected to the main living area
