Williamsburg
Golden Horseshoe - Green Course
Modern parkland resort
The Green Course is bigger, more modern, and less historically charming than Gold. That does not make it filler. It gives Golden Horseshoe real two-course depth and a more forgiving shape for some groups.

Played the Green Course mid-week late morning tee time. The course is beautiful and manicured. The layout is fun and presents as a journey through the woods. The greens rolled fantastic. Struggled with my reads (greens appeared to require local knowledge).
Bunkers were disappoint

The green course at Golden Horseshoe was our first round in Williamsburg. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We tee’d off on time but with all the rain day before it was cart path only and a 5 hour round. The bunkers and fairways were very wet which again was understandab
