Kiawah Island
Wild Dunes Links
Coastal resort
Wild Dunes Links is a smart play only if the trip is Charleston- or Isle of Palms-forward rather than Kiawah-only. It gives you another coastal resort setting without committing every night to Kiawah, but it is not worth dragging a Kiawah resort trip across Charleston by itself.

This course is immaculate. Kept looking for divots on the greens, but they are rolled tight and rolled true. The layout is unlike any course I've played. Scenery is spectacular. I would love to play this course again and again. Enjoy. IOP.

The Links is a tight, but scorable layout. We played in August and the course was in excellent shape, save the 16th green, which seemed to be under repair for some fungus (or something else). It was playable, though. I would have given it a 5 star, except the driving range was
